Problem With Paint Tool Sai

Well, the title explains most of it. I've recently been using paint tool sai, even though I have a Mac OS X I was still able to get it. http://www.mediafire.com/?736fo5d1oxj76hu# link to get paint tool sai for Mac OS X, just if you're wondering where to find it. Hopefully it works ^^'
Anyway, I don't know if it's just that I have a Mac that it doesn't work, but when I click on the dock it doesn't open. And when I go to the bar at the top of the screen (Like with History, File, Edit, View blah blah blah (Hopefully you Mac people will get what I'm talking about)) it says Paint tool sai is open, and when I press close, it doesn't do anything.
